Returns & Refund Policy
We do not charge you for our services provided on this website. If at any time we request a payment from you, it is to supply services or products as requested by you and some items may have an administration fee. You will be advised of this in advance and you will have the option to request no further services are provided by us. If we request a deposit or an administration fee from you and this is paid, this is your confirmation for us to carry out work for you on your behalf. We are unable to refund any deposit or payment that is required to commence your requests, as this is an administration fee, except for the below listed reasons.
By using this site and making a payment to us you understand that the deposit / payment portion is a non-refundable amount used solely for administration purposes.
Goods are subject to availability.
In the event that we are unable to supply the goods or service, we will inform you as soon as possible via e-mail or phone.
We will take all endeavours to have your order fulfilled but in the event of any unexpected nature where we cannot fulfill the order to your requests, a comparable product of similar nature we be offered, to be approved by you. If we cannot fulfill your purchase a full refund of the deposit / payment will be given where you have already paid the deposit / payment. This full payment will only be refunded and the contract retracted if we are unable to fulfill the services requested or purchased.
The deposit / payment amount is non-refundable if we suspect that you have not made a genuine inquiry for purchase of goods or service.
Please choose carefully as products are not refundable if you change your mind, however an item will be replaced or repaired if the product is faulty. You must notify us immediately in this event. The product can be returned to the Funeral Director prior to use if the product is found not to be working and a replacement product of the same kind will be replaced by the relevant person or the supplier of the product. If the product is found to be damaged during transit or delivery, the item will be replaced or repaired, at either the suppliers, or the manufacturers discretion. The product must be returned within 7 days after purchase, if unused, and a similar or a replacement product of the same kind will be replaced or repaired by the supplier, or the manufacturer of this product.
